    If it came from a lucky penny holder, wouldn't it be wider than a normal penny?

    Sandwiched between 2 penny's it is the same size.

    Look at the picture shown in post #15 of this thread. The encasement goes around the Cent, it's not larger than the Cent. I have removed these type of Cents myself to see what they would look like and they look just as your does :bored:
    All you have is a PMD Cent. It came out of an Encasement.. nothing more.
