    Its about that time for a new year again. Look back at your favorite purchase(s)

    Fortunately I bought a load of coins so I have a few top picks. I got all these RAW

    1903 Kirin 20 Cash(es) I have a thing for the China Mis-spelled coins PCGSXF45

    1752 1/2D PCGS AU58 Seller had horrible pictures so I got just above 100$. really thought it should hit 60

    1799 1/2D PCGS MS65RB got this for 55$

    1797 2D PCGS AU55 Really hard to find not with a lot of rim damage.

    Lastly, 1775 1/2D Bought in a AU58 NGC holder really thought it should be a MS60 Sent in RAW came back PCGS MS62.

    sure I don't see why not. I don't buy many US coins but I had one special for this year. I got it for 322$ in a NNC plastic but it looked good and had good luck in past with the seller. So I bought it and cracked it out. Came back PCGS MS62.

    Yes I really like those 5 Kopeks. Hard to find not too beat up usually due to size and weight
     
  11. My favorite in the non-US category was an 1830 Italy 5 Lira that started my world crown set. (sorry, no pics yet)

    this started my collecting back in 2001 but now I mostly collect world coins. got in in change and didn't get it graded until last april.

    Nice Sardinian crown :) With so many fakes of this type on the market now, it's really cool to see a nice original example that had actually circulated.

    nice coins i got a old 1883 copper kutch 3 dok and a au details 1835 rupee. someone dipped
