Can Anyone Help Identify This Error?

    I do believe that it's PMD and not an error.

    Are you kidding me Tommy - I found one kinda like that last week!! And nobody gave me any Idea what it was. This was a 1953.

    It looks like it might be PMD to me. Can you post a photo of the reverse?

    Yeah, it is raised. Problem is, someone took some kind of tool to it to depress the metal around the raised part.
