IMO, die cracks. Very interesting, though.

If I were to put that on eBay, I'd call it something like 'snow on the roof'.

 

Yeah but how much would I still it for? That's a lot on there.

 

I don't have any idea how to price it. If you write it up right and find at least two bidiots, there's no telling how high it might go.

Very nice find. you might want too send that off to somebody. I have seen a lot of Homestead die cracks,but that one take's the cake.I don't see a listing for that one.

not worth sending out IMHO, these are just die chips and if you search ebay you should find plenty more already being tagged "snow on roof"..

i have and think someone posted one here a while back, and seen the chip over the window being called "bird nest" ...a neat find that i'd keep..

 

Thinking about putting with my collection. I also wonder if it would sell.

Ok. I am probably just going to add it to my collection.

 

There is nothing wrong with adding unusual coins to your collection, I've done it many times before. You just have to learn when it is advisable to spend the money for authentication or not.
