    Very nice! I just bought my sister in law two peice's of political exonumia,A rolled cent from a Democratic convention 1914&another that i will post when they come.She is a political science&Social economic(PHD 2X's)Professor at the Peoples Republic Of Berkeley:D...HAPPY HUNTING ALL;)!!! Nice token's swish!

    Ha ha...I have overloaded her with Nixon stuff over the year's kinda as a gag gift at Christmas X,Nixon pennys,Dollars,etc.Her favorite peice of nixon i got her was a rare head size(bust)candle of nixon in red white&blue it's on her desk! But the last few yrs. i have gotten her Democratic item's...I'd love to get the token swish posted(above),The reverse that says demo/whig party...Great token by ANY mean's.And i have given her both of these pin back's&variation's...HAPPY HUNTING;)!!!
    P.S. I got her other Wallace stuff as well,As a goof!

    I should have said ALL U.S.Crrency...I think this only happened during the civil war...The currency thing, as it implies"legal tender"

    I must look and see if i have any Lincoln Exo...Not to be redundant but my main intrest in exonumia is Erie,PA.&Erie County,PA.,Here is a favorite Erie County(Union City is a 20 min.drive from Erie) peice.Listed Aqua R-5 and list as WM(white metal)and it clearly is not,Anyway i was told the word nickel was due to the prohibition some how,Like trade simulator's i guess...Anybody?     Here is another favorite of mine:inpain:,Kinda like your children...You really can NOT pick a fav!!! But this one was bought on ebay some time back,Over 3 yrs. The reverse was never shown&was describbed as engraved on half dollar.Thinking the reverse would be a 1916-47( i knew the yr. this club opened)when i got it i saw the back and was shocked&almost right away i emailed the buyer,He assured me it was a walking lib. 1/2 dollar...Look at the edge he said.Ok i did then lined it up with one i had and bingo lined right up with the U i also found on back( UNIBUS ) and what seem's to be a maker's mark.(see the pics)also the fact that it is home made,Screw back is cut from some sheet of tin.Brass screw.I have not had the metal tested but it appear's to be lead(?),Well that's that HAPPY HUNTING ALL;)!!!
