Help needed, proof or not.

I have three boxes of these sets of Canadian coins. A simple question, I hope. Are these coins proof or not ? Please explain the difference. Let me know if you need other pictures. Thank you.

Probably just a mint set - proofs would have frosted devices

 

So this extra picture I took would say the coins are not proof ?

The 2008 proof set also has a silver dollar in addition to the regular dollar, so 8 coins with frosted devices like in @Markus1959 post;
Specimen set has 7 unfrosted coins (no silver dollar) like OP's set

Yes - I like the way it is totally enclosed into one package! and not shoved into some cheap cardboard box packaging.

 

I bought four in various dates for $25.
