Louisiana, unfortunately, is a bit far off. But the area coin club is having its quarterly show next weekend. Small, but a good one usually. Hope you have a profitable show!

 

Sounds like a good reason to visit my friends up in the lakes region

 

My folks have a house in Bridgton, ME. Maybe I'll see if I can drive up so I can attend.

 

I live very close by, I will being going for sure, probably on Friday or Saturday. My coin dealer gave me free passes

 

I got a pass in the mail yesterday, I don't need it because I already have dealer passes for free so I guess I will keep this pass as a souvenir. Funny how they knew I was going to go, maybe related to my coin magazine subscriptions? I found out about the show a year ago and have gone since late 2014. I have found some cool things there and look forward to this show. It also would be funny to see some Cointalk members there

Setting up tomorrow. Will be there tomorrow and Friday. Nearly had to cancel cause of a family emergency. Am getting on a plane 7 am Saturday something I haven't done in 17 years and hoped I'd never do again

 

I'm going but not till Saturday though as I bring my kids for the children's event.

Thursday setup day was very busy for me and today was steady. Yesterday sales highlights a pine tree shilling a 1854-c $5 a proof trade dollar and several high grade Morgans including a 91-cc in 64 Today I Sold 2 Morgan toners a 75-s double dime and a 1853 large cent in pcgs 64 red. Among other things. And I bought a ton of new stock. Mostly quality original raw type that's worth sending in for grading

 

Looks like you will need some buyers very soon!

 

my cases were a lot emptier at the end of yesterday. I don't have a huge inventory yet as I'm quite new to dealing seriously and try to have high quality and not a lot of just stuff and $10 coins. I bought very well and seem to sella lot wholesale too
