Awesome, Pish => wow, 5 days in the wilderness sounds like a good time (well, if it was planned!!)



Any highlights? ... any elk wrestling?

 

No elk wrestling, no elk for that matter. Colours of Autumn were glorious although we missed the best of them. After my sojourns at the hospitals, I just slept and read. Just finished Augustus, rebel to emperor (or similar) by Adrian Goldsworthy, he mentions coins on a few pages (I have bookmarked them for further reading). Now shattered but happy, just finishing a glass of red before bed......

 

Count me in again this season too.

 

wow, Pish => we're 1/2 a planet away, but we're still both sippin' and ready for bed (ummm, or at least ready for a bit more sippin'!) ... it's only 6pm here

Went fishing earlier this week and pickup some nice Salmon, while fishing a herd of elk walked out into the middle of the river..


A nice teen silver Salmon.

 

Very cool, Eng ... beautiful fishing spot (awww, I miss the West coast)

I so much want to join this but I only acquired my first ancient a few weeks ago. Wouldn't have a clue as to what to get someone else, but would be thrilled with anything recieved. Sure wouldn't want to disappoint anyone with my ignorance, and would probably want to keep something I got to send out.

Probably not browsing the right place, but although I can see the Secret Santa "US" threads, I can't put my hand on the 2014 ancient coins one, just out of curiosity, to see what people have got from their correspondant and what range of coin ($ wise) is to target.
