I entered this coin number and PCGS says: "We're sorry. That PCGS Cert Number was not found in our database." 1942 P ms64.jpg I tried several different ways, including a 0 in front of the number. Any comments?

Interesting. I even scanned your Barcode on the label and it gave me that exact same number and image of the label

I would send the picture of the coin in the holder to PCGS and ask them why it's not in the database.

Their customer service will get it fixed. Let them know. It happens now and then with good slabs.

$125, but the '46 S is not the coin in question regarding the thread. The '42 plain was on ebay yesterday am.

Five years ago I bought a 1935P Peace Dollar MS 63. When I got the coin it was a P but the label said S. I called PCGS and they had be send it back to get the label correct. What ticked me off was it took a month to get it back even though it was their mistake.

I did just that.......got an Oregon Trail in an old green holder that doesn't show up in the data base, same as OP. I sent 'em an email with a pic and they never got back to me. No biggie, as I know it's legit. The coin was purchased from a highly reputable dealer who is also a member of this forum.
