No. The Non-Collectibles are all R7 or R8 - Some of them are unique (only 1 known), but the NC term was devised for marriages with less than 4 known. Sure, if you have tons of money and are very lucky, you may be able to collect them - but out of the entire pool of collectors, only 4 will own one. These are coins which are way out of the reach of all but the very most advanced collectors.
