What are you trying to find exactly? Whatever it is, if it's that small is it even worth it? I know you like to look at a lot of Blue Ridge Parkway Quarters but maybe explain a little better what you are seeing.
I think it's very plausible. While it may be very minor, it follows the characteristics of single squeeze hub doubling. It's toward the center of the die, just like the Homesteads, Rushmores, Denalis, ect.
I thought that saying it may be a submitter would be a dead give away. although a coin could be submitted for a bunch of different reasons. my bad :-(
if I wasn't looking for that clash you posted I never would have found it. I had given up them. i'll be sending it in some time soon I hope.
I think it is to pronounced. easily spotted it with my 30x loupe. I could be wrong and be overly optimistic. I will send it in along with the other I found that MAY be one that I posted yesterday. for a few dollars, i'll take my chances.
Did you ever send it in? I've made sure to check any I get and sure enough, one showed up. I'm not sure if it's an exact match, but it's pretty darn close.
I have been so busy I put it aside for now, but yours does look very similar. hopefully some time next week I will send it in.
Heck I'm stopping the wife on her way to do laundry--need to see those quarters, Babe!! Stop!!! Let me check one more time--heck!
