    AU55/58 with staining from environmental exposure. That is not normal toning.

    edit to add: USA Coinbook lists a MS60 at $.69. Your coin will be worth 30 cents in about 5 years ( I consulted my crystal ball)

    I assume you believed you found a quarter with missing clad. Sorry, just environmental toning and NAV, No Added Value.

    The missing clad will almost always 100% be on one side only.
    If it was on both sides the coin would be incredibly thin and light
    and the pressure from the strike would not make a normal impression.
    It's just rusted. (Environmental damage.) Probably a metal detector find released into the wild.
    Even if it was missing on one side, the copper is often bright.
