The coin is clearly out-of-round, and not from a second strike, which I'd say eliminates it being struck this way. My guess--unequal pressure by an object on the rims, which produced this distortion.

I would say more like "reported" and documented. I found homestead errors before there were any on Wexler's site. just like that Minnesota clash I listed here yesterday. I reported it to YOU guys but I won't waste the money to send it in so it will never be documented. just my opinion.
