I would highly advise paying careful attention to the descriptions and photos of a US seller of Canadian material (SWCoins)... despite repeated suggestions and advise from potential buyers, they refuse to change descriptions. They are advertising scarce varieties where the coins are just common everyday items. It's not differences of opinion, the emails to them were from the top collectors and experts in their field, along with proof that debunks their claims. Take this for what it's worth.
@Bill in Burl Take this for what it's worth...... Be careful what you say about other people on a public forum. They can sue you whether you're right or wrong, and if you don't have all your ducks in a row, it could cost you a lot. Chris
My ducks are in a row .. I'm not worried and it wasn't a personal attack .. it qwas warning newbies to be careful. You can't be sued on an open public forum and he knows that he is in the wrong.

Ok, we'll see, but the partners were shown the 4 very onvious markers that earmark that scarce variety and his coin had none of them... he was told and shown the markers. There was a single die that made that variety, maybe 50,000 (at most) struck. His is definitely the common, every day, type that was struck with 50-60 working dies. The premium for the scarce one is about 60:1 above a normal one.
