They set the 25,000 limit back right after the near instant sell out of the Truman set. This isn't a result of the long sell out period for the Kennedy.

When this series of sets was first announced the limits were 17, 17, 25, and 17. After the sell out the last three were changed to 17, 50, and 25. (Apparently it was too late to change the Eisenhower.)

 

I will be purchasing one set. I have been fortunate to obtain one of each issued so far.

 

More like, in for $57.95, in for ....well, you get the idea.

I think they increased the Kennedy to 50K because they thought demand would be very high for anything JFK. The Rodney Dangerfield release, err, LBJ release will likely not be so popular, so backing it down to 25K makes sense to me.

 

I'm going to sit back and watch

 

Made a few shekels on Ike and Truman sets. Returned JFK sets. I'll pass on these, unless MCM or someone else start offering big bucks to buy for them. Then I'll buy 4 for myself.

 

These will be an easy flip with profits in between the IKE and JFK. No doubt about it.

 

Kennedy coins are starting to sell now that they are sold out. I sold quite a few of mine today at about $75 buy it now, which is only a $5 profit. I will be listing the rest higher, since these are moving fast now. I would imagine huge profits won't happen now, but still might make $10-$50 per set. I bought 24 kennedy coins, will probably only try for 10 or so johnson coins.

 

Gentleman (and gentlwoman)... Start your engines!... After the appalling performance of kennedy at an OVERESTIMATED 50k we now have the last 2015 RP craze-event in 26 hours. At 25k it WILL be a bloodbath even if the majority of the mother-brother-friends-&-family newbie flippers drop out not having the stomach for it after kennedy.
It will be fun, it will be stressful, some will win and others will lose. But above all have fun, keep calm & coin on!

Got my 2 at 12:01 also. Site went down trying to check out though, but did get in done.

 

Ordered 10 sets... too easy. Probably not a good sign for flippers.

 

Ordered 1 set, I hope it worked. Usually it's smooth sailing for me, but I got some errors in the area of CC processing until it finally coughed up a page that said my order was placed.
