What do you think of this 1909-O Quarter?

    It's pretty rough, but nothing really stands out as being a fake.

    Right, I had to check it out first since I won it for a little over $7 with shipping. Most guides I checked have it at $40-$58. I know that guides don't mean much but when you get it for like 10-20% of it, need to just give a check.

    Nice, AG, possible scratch obv top of head, cleaned.

    But, still a great price.

    I'd probably call it AG-3. It's hard to tell if its been cleaned in those photos, but it most likely has. I'd say you got a good deal - its probably worth more like $10 or $15 (retail).

    I am trying to figure out if this coin is actually a 1909-D. The mint mark looks a lot like a D. I posted another thread about it.
