So you are saying i am not perfect, but my english is. Lol just kidding i really dont know. Sometimes i try so hard to speak as if i was smart or intellegent, i guess.
Also create a graph for the observe side if possible. Thank you! I dont know why, but i keep thinking i am seeing small and large fonts or dates. On the new cents, yes i know that you have told me there is no such thing:) but you know me.....

It looks more like a template to me, but I don't know what purpose it would serve. The minting process allows for an error tolerance up to 15%. This tolerance covers such factors as rotation and alignment. I think you are wasting your time.

    Who allowed the 15 percent?

15% is the tolerance for die rotation.

Since all the dies for a given year typically come from the same master hub all the coins features should be the same. You might find some slight positional variation from one year to the next though.

If the mint would of listened to me and made the shield cent out of the steel alloy Adamantium such as Captain America's shield is made of.. none of this 15% tolerance would be happening! :wacky:

Alan Herbert is quoted as "Mint tolerance for setting dies is up to seven degrees per die, so any example with a lesser amount is not collectible. The most popular are the 45, 90 and 180 degree rotations. The amount of rotation is described as either clockwise or counter-clockwise."

I could not find the tolerances in official mint pubs on the web.

This right here speaks volumes as to your motives for being here...

This is the most educated thing you've suggested so far.

Everyone he has a point, if we ignore it will go away. I've wasted enough time on this, it's the last time I'm reading or commenting on one of these threads.
