I received my sets today and of the 5 in one box, three are SOLID MS69's with one of the three a potential MS70 coin. I also could not help but notice some "extreme" machine doubling on the Iron Workers Side which has "incused" lettering which fools many, many folks into believing they have an undeniable Doubled Die! Consider the following: All Classic examples of either straight machine doubling or Incused Machine Doubling. I expect to see a series of 2015 Native American Doubled Die listing on eBay from wannabee die attributers and "Strike it Rich" hopeful sellers.
Why not? The coins are gorgeous and anybody that doesn't want to bother with the US Mint can buy mine. The mintage is a bit high but you never know. If I can sell them for $25 each, I might actually break even and I don't really think they are worth nothing.
I just don't see the point of getting them a few days early. The potential profit is not huge, so I want to keep costs down. I bought quite a few, but do not mind waiting a few days to get them.
I totally just sold my first one on ebay! After fees, I made a whooping $4! Good thing I bought tons of them Here's hoping they sell out, and go up a bit more.
I almost think the average buyer is getting tiered of being screwed. I see a more difficult time for flippers in the market, with any new release.
I don't see how any buyers are getting screwed on this one, or really any coming out lately. Ya, flippers are making it slightly harder to get super hot items, but sets like this are easy to get at mint price. Once (and if) they sell out, they should do OK for awhile. I am hoping they settle around $30-$35, which is not crazy talk. Not huge profit, but profit none the less.
