I have this JULIAN II with the legend NOB CAES from, (what I believe to be), the Siscia mint. The trouble is I cannot find a RIC reference for this coin? Can it be RIC 370 with no 'M' in left field, and no Lightning but a Star in the exergue?
    Can you help me, please?

The only thing I have found is a mintmark "ASIS zigzag", RIC 370

@ Bing - I found that, too, but RIC 370 has an 'M' in the left field, and a 'Lightning' strike (Z) in the exergue where mine has a 'Star' (or asterisk). Can they still be the same with those differences?

The coin is quite worn. It could very well be the zigzag mark, making it 363.

    I see a B and a Delta SIS Zigzag, but not a "A"

Sorry, Bing. Where is the 'B'?
I will go with the (Delta), but I am still unsure about the 'Zig-zag'.

I'm sorry. I was saying in the references I can only find a B and a Delta SIS Zigzag. I can find the reference JA was referring.

I see delta SIS zigzag, RIC 363.

That's what I was saying all along. It's got to be Delta and a zigzag.

Hey TC, what do you think about reducing the size of the image. One image takes up my whole screen. I just re-sized your last image using JPEG Optimizer at http://www.jpeg-optimizer.com/:

@ Bing, - I am a Senior Citizen who when I went to school I had bare feet and I wrote on a 'slate' in chalk. I am lucky to be able to turn my computer on, let alone do anything else on it. However, I did click on your link and the problem (for me) is that these are all written for the more technologically advanced person than I am. I don't know what to do when I get there. The 'Image Optimizer' tool is set on "Compress" = 65, "Resize" 400. Should I leave those settings alone and just put my photo in there and it will do the rest? Where does it come out? I guess if I try it a few times I might get my answer. If it stops working (as it has in the past when I have 'fiddled'), I can always take it back to the computer shop and give it to some 15 year-old to fix.
Okay, I'll give it a go. Thanks.

Nice OP coin TC, much better than my homely FH of him.
Which is one reason why I got this baby!

This is the photo from my Siscia FH page showing a Julian with M and officina off flan (lower right) and a Constantius II ASISZ with no M (RIC 361) bottom center. Both have the Siscian letter clear. The Julian (no M) would be RIC 363.

Falling Horsemen from common mints are just too common to buy ones that are hard to read. Was I a fool to buy the one here? Looking back, that Constantius is a very nice coin but the Julian is not. Both were the same price.
