It seems that lesser TPGs often overgrade, especially proofs. I got this JQA dollar that is said to be an PR70 DCAM. I don't buy it. What is the "actual" grade for this? And don't worry, I paid 1.35 for the coin, not 18.00 on the tag.
35 cents over face value isn't bad for a proof of any kind! And from the same seller I managed to score a PCGS PR69 DCAM South Carolina SILVER quarter. For 1.35! And a 1968-S SILVER Kennedy! For 1.35! How is this guy still in business...
The actual grade, according to ICG is PF70DCAM. I can only give it a PF34.5 since I only see half of the coin. Chris
