Hello, I came across this good looking 1968 S cent & did some wishful thinking (still am :-?) I took 3 different pics & hopefully 1 of them is decent enough so you can see what I see (do u hear what I hear) Lol
Anyways- I think there r quite a few varieties-not really sure, I'm kind of confused-there seems to b quite a bit going on there. Could it b a doubled die? Oh yeah, I see it in the date & LI in Liberty? Thank you

Ain't seein' it. Perhaps a pic of what you're seeing? Post 'em "large" and not "thumbnail".

I did the same with your picture. Could that be a S/D MM? IMG_20150812_180316-1.jpg

I wouldn't listen to him. He gets tipsy when he looks at the labels. :D

OK, this is what you've got. You've got one very handsome gem cent. Very nice. Put it in one of those cardboard thingys and center it in the window. It's a keeper. :)

I believe I see both MD as well as some die deterioration, but no DD

The photographs presented by the OP show nothing that can be discerned as a doubled die.

What is needed, is something like this one which got a "Too Minor To List" from CONECA with some reservations:

    Lincoln 1968-S Date-01.jpg

    Lincoln 1968-S Liberty-01.jpg

    Lincoln 1968-S Trust-01.jpg

Yes, it's a proof coin with the point being, the photography clearly shows doubling.

This is one of the coins I showed to Mr. Potter back a long time ago . Images are when I first started taking images, didn't even know about cent errors at that time, I was heavy into vams .. They weren't taken to match anything at that time either, I new something was going on and thats why I photo the coin ..
