I posted this on the error coin thread earlier. I gave up looking through rolls about a year or two ago. I wasn't finding much. I've found some silver in the coinstar at my local store, but then I found this in my pocket change this morning. I don't know if it was something I found in the coinstar change return or if I got it as change from a purchase. I just know I'm happy. It's not in the best condition and the pictures aren't the greatest, plus some dust got on the coin from my camera.
OP, nice find. That doubling is very noticeable. Unlike the million other posts where someone zoomed in 100x and you still don't see anything.
Thanks. I found what I thought was a 1972 DDO in 2012 and posted it here, but it was machine doubled. As soon as I put the loupe on this one I knew I had a winner.
