    We talkin' about the coin (ASE) or the set? If just the coin then that price tag posted is way too high. More like 4 big ones than 8..........still, I agree that you made out quite well with the set. Mucho appreciation on that one. Too bad the ASE didn't come home a '70........folks pay 'moon money' for dem. :)

    That's funny. :happy: PCGS top pop coin populations on moderns have exploded in recent years, and SAE standards appear to have loosened. It is only a matter of time before the other shoe drops.

    PCGS has certified 86 of these in PF70 DCAM and 2,163 in PF69 DCAM, with the latter still commanding $3500 - $4000 each. :eek:

    I can only see them going downward, but I don't know by how much. There is still a decent amount of demand for them.

    It's not a $8,500+ return unless you're actually able to sell it for $10,000. And, the net sale amount is reduced by inflation.
