I do. He has offered to buy a few coins from me at a decent price before I wanted to sell. Will revisit soon.

a couple of folks have mentioned local auction houses. one said "and get 90%-95%" hmmm, I would love to know of one that gives you that much. Don't most take more like 30% so you get 70%?

Looks like you answered your question for at least some of them. If you choose to sell them online and the coins are valuable, I would make sure you find a reputable third party insurance company since from what I read, dealing with USPS insurance can be problematic. Of course if you can get the same in person and get cash right away, I don't see why put in the extra effort and risk.

Heritage seems to get better prices for "big ticket" stuff 100K+ otherwise Great Collections' fee structure is lower.....

I tried GC for a handfull of $40 - $400 coins. I thought the results were mediocre at best. These were common coins, mostly toners and some were in OGH slabs. I let GC set the opening bids. After shipping to them and the commission, I could have done about as well selling to a local shop.

If I was to do them again, I would set the opening bids myself.

For all intents and purposes GC is a local shop.
