I have the Bie 1954 S one cent i went to tablemountian casino in fresno california and got that one cent from the change box that was given me my change from my winnings. This was on 1/14/2018
BIE Cents are nice.. But nothing really major. They are common on Cents minted in the 1950's and 1960's
