2000 Nickel Struck on 1961 Cent NGC MS63BN

    Thats really cool. I love error coins but how does this happen when the cent was struck 39 years before the nickel?

    Even though the slab does not mention it but I assume the Cent was a Philadelphia Cent also since there is no mintmark
