worthless error cents

    When ever I get really bad coins in change, I have the cashier replace it

    I found these roll hunting. I think one is a zinc 1982 ddo but I cant tell if it's a small or large date. plus a 1983 ddo & The 1988 looks like it has a misplaced d but it's not really.OH yeah 1985 ddo.

    They all look to me like they should be thrown in a wishing well at the local mall. What's that you say? You live in the country and there isn't a mall nearby? Then throw them in with the animal dung.

    No! Give a hoot, don't pollute!

    I'm really hoping we'll ditch the cent entirely, or at least go to a composition that isn't optimized to dump toxic and corrosive zinc into its surroundings as soon as it's nicked or scratched.

    I don't see any doubling. All I see is some possible deterioration doubling, not true doubling.
