Partial Collar would be half/partial struck reeding.

Hey, it's a dime. It and thirty of it's relatives might get you a cup of black coffee at Starbucks. LOL

 

I stick to Folgers, and even coffee has taken a few dollars price hike.
Theres no way I would pay even 3$ for a cup of coffee, unless I am traveling.

 

I think is may only take 20 of it's relatives at DD.
