This is the only other raw coin that I purchased today at the show. I picked this one up in an old Capital Plastics holder. I'd like to get some opinions on grade. Thanks in advance.

The 22 stars refer to Alabama being the 22nd state to enter the Union

I believe it represents Alabama being the 22nd State that was added to the United States.

It is a V. You'll see the same thing on the Peace Dollar.

I thought about ms, except the faces and breast of the eagle look a little smooth. I would say AU-55.

The Roman or Greeks one made their "U" with a "V" as well.

AU55 - Hilby's cheek has wear. The reverse looks MS62 - the eagle breast has usually been a weak strike

I agree, and I've graded it AU 55 in my collection.
