Your coin was issued under the reign of Rudrasena III, who ruled from ca 348-378 AD. the year is behind the head of the ruler, it probably reads 289 in the Saka era = 367AD. Legend on the reverse starts at about 10 o'clock. It reads "Rajna Mahaksatrapasa Svami Rudradamaputrasa Rajna Mahaksatrapasa Svami Rudrasena". Roughly translated "of Lord Rudrasena, son of Rudradaman".
This is the problem with these. For the date to be on flan, it is nearly necessary for the nose to be off. Some numbers can be read more easily than others when we only have the bottom half. When a coin of this series is 'well' centered, nothing is complete.
