    All,

    Since this is the big boy in my collection, I want to get it graded as best as I can.

    Who do you think I should send this one into?

    Does toning ruin chances for MS70 set? There is one coin with slight onset of toning. Very beginning stages. The coins look stunning though.

    I would never use ANACS on a coin I really liked.... just ugly holders, and hurts the re-sale value.

    I agree... I hate there new holders. I did like there small old ones though.

    Normally I would vote PCGS for resale value, but from what I've seen and heard NGC seems to be a little bit more generous in terms of giving perfect 70's.....and also because some of my PCGS graded ASE coins have actually toned in their holders. Not in a good way either :-( Yikes.
    Great set you have there!

    @jwitten @Travlntiques

    If I understand NGC correctly, why wouldn't I sign up to be a Premium member for $150 bucks? I get a $150 dollar credit so its a free membership?

    How much do I value each of the 5 coins? $2,000 a pop?

    You value it what you want it to be valued at.

    Holy smokes... the SE is worth a fortune if it comes out PF70

    Basically whatever you tell them it is worth is what they insure it for. If it is lost or damaged, you still have to prove to usps that it was worth that much.

    Well, $50,$25,$10,$5,$1, $2k,$1k,$1k,$500,$3k. I think that's a fair estimate.

    Fingers crossed that $1 comes back PF70 Ultra Cameo. :greedy::greedy::greedy::greedy:

    I forgot... I don't have to prove anything to USPS. I use Ship and Insure.
