When I was at a gun store this dealer had a 1909-P v.d.b for $14 I tried to buy it but realized it was his son's coin, I paid him 12 and I thought it was a good buy in AU condition what do you think I'll enjoy your opinion. GL&HH
jwitten I am a kid, and when I talked to the dad he said to talk to his son so I talked and he said he would barter so I did, I see your confusion. Also I did switch the picture Paul M. because this one showed the tone better, but same coin. GL&HH
Ahh, makes sense. I thought it was priced at a certain price, and once you found out it belonged to a kid you offered less.
Strong V, D and B on there. Sometimes those tiny areas fill with grease. $14-$12=$2. That's nothing to get excited about. Either way, it's a fair price, for an easy low to mid AU.
XF coin and the price in that range is about as flat as they come. G = $11. AU = $15 on my greysheet.
Nice one! You did good, my dealer has some for that price. Here's one I got today for $13, could be dipped at one point according to some of the members on here and I would not be surprised if it was.
