IMP CAESAR VESPASIAN COS VIII, laureate head left / S-C, Spes advancing left holding flower and raising hem of skirt. Cohen 460. http://wildwinds.com/coins/ric/vespasian/RIC_1011.jpg
I don't think that's it Mat. The reverse looks like Roma and I can make out COS VIII on the obverse legend. It may be: RIC 994 Vespasian AE Sestertius. 77-78 AD. IMP CAES VESPASIAN AVG P M TR P P P COS VIII, laureate head right / ROMA S-C, Roma standing left, holding Victory & spear. Take a look at: http://www.wildwinds.com/coins/ric/vespasian/RIC_0994.jpg But this is really a guess.
Look at the right hand side, arm is low like Spes hitching her skirt, not up like the roma with spear.
