Off centered 1950 10 dollar

Friend of mine has this their Not a collector and was wondering the value

I believe not off center enough

 

Enough for someone like me to pay more than $10 for it (This is NOT an offer to buy, mods!)

 

It's not just off center, but cut crooked at well. You can see the margins are not uniform from right to left. You can see it really well at the top, the top right is thinner than the top left.

 

This has been folded twice but for a 65 year old bill is in good condition does any one have an estimate of its value( not talking face value that's obvious) Here's the front view

 

It's in relatively nice shape, I can tell you that...

 

keep if you want, really, no added value.

 

On a really good day, P.T. Barnum could probably find someone who would pay $20.
