Contest (just for fun): The Many Faces of Lady Liberty

I included some patterns, some bullion, and tried to remove duplicates.

I kept a few very similar designs because:
a) I like them and
b) hey, it's my quiz.

1) Did I miss any? (I'm sure I did)
2) Try to identify them (nickname and denomination) without any reference material

Wait. Are the $2.50 and $5 Indians Lady Liberty? I thought they were a man!

 

I see only one of the two Stella liberty designs...?

You're probably right. Though, in my defense, some of the others look... well... kind of... manly. After staring at all the others, I just assumed. ;-)

I'm researching it now.

Edit: Ok, you're right. My fault. Wikipedia says it is a "Native American male in headdress". Taking him out...

(although he was probably enjoying being the only male in the bunch, some of them could probably have kicked his butt in a fight)

 

Also, I'm having trouble finding the various reverse designs for the platinum coins. I hadn't previously seen the "industry" design above, and I'd sure like to see the rest. I can't really set out to acquire the whole set (unless I find them as "bargains"), but I'm intrigued...

 

Do you want to include the 1986 Ellis Island coins, or would commemoratives be too much of a can of worms?

 

What about the Flowing Hair types of half dollars and dollars from 1794 and 1795?

 

Too much for this thread, IMHO. Sounds like it would be fun to do later as a "Round 2", though.
