Very nice!! Cost plenty as well. http://www.ebay.com/itm/1882-Fairba...998?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item463c0807ee
I used to see these at shows. They bring a strong price. There were a lot of different coins in circulation. Folks must have had a hard time knowing if a coin was real.
I happen to be a bit of a gun historian/enthusiast. That revolver is a Model 1851 Navy. It is a cap-and-ball, black powder revolver that was originally contracted by the US Navy. Colt was the manufacturer, although there were a lot of counterfeits in the day. If its condition is as good as it looks, it is probably quite valuable. Congrats! Nice piece!
Really cool gun. I wonder how long it took to load it and what the other guys were shooting at us with?
LOL - how does it compensate for slabs? I don't think they will fit thru the slots. I do like the money back guarantee.
The two boxed revolvers are 1851 navy revolvers. The first picture is a 3rd model Dragoon. Round barrell vs octagon and .44 caliber vs .36
