I noticed GreatCollections has a 1974 Ike on sale today. But it's in an ANACS holder... think that kills it? http://www.greatcollections.com/Coin/249149/1974-Eisenhower-Dollar-ANACS-MS-65 Ike's aren't everyone's faves, but I like 'em.
It doesn't matter about the slab. To me, those just pass the "is it genuine?" test that. The rest is up to you if you like the grade. I think the coin is close to the grade, maybe a strong 64, but I'm not too read up on MS Ikes.
It looks okay. It's probably an honest 65, but it looks a bit weakly struck. ANACS is usually pretty good with their grading. I'd consider buying it if I were in the market for something like it.
