I tried to order the Edited set and they wouldn't let me! They even sent me a reminder, and I got up early, and they never had it live!

Eric, the sets were on sale for 8 or 9 days. Most of them were sold to flippers. You might get StateQuarterGuy to sell you one of his, he bought lots of them.

Something doesn't make sense in the OP. "They never went live" And he says he got up early to make sure he got them. When? Did they put another small handful of sets on sale again? If so that would explain it. They never "went live" because he blinked and missed it. :) (The sets have been sold out for some time now, but about a week ago they put up 200 sets and they sold out again in just a few seconds.)

I have no idea what the OP is carping about. I got 2 sets. 1 on the original release and then a second on a subsequent release.

Did I get a "reminder"? Of course I did. I signed up to be reminded which is the only way a reminder would/could be generated.

Where are these at now in the aftermarket? HMMMMM.gif

The week ago one. I'm carping about the fact that I was starting at the site and it came and went and it was impossible to buy because the site never went live. THEIR FAULT.

OK, like I said they went on sale and sold out in just a few seconds. Pretty much if you weren't the first order attempt placed you missed out. I don't think I've heard of anyone who was successful buying that day. Consider they had removed the household order limits, they sent out thousands of email reminders, and they only had 200 sets for sale. So naturally 99.99% of everyone who tried to order them failed.

I've heard about the 2nd "no household limits" release.....wouldn't have known about it if not for you guys. Kind'a sad I missed out on that free money too :-(
    C'est la vie, I guess.
