When I was a Freshman in college, many moons ago, I recall a professor telling us, beer is a food, and can actually sustain life. Needless to say, that was a watershed moment for me, and I never forgot it.
Hey, here's a weird idea. Since the ANA show this year has no Tuesday night kickoff event, how about all CT'ers who can make it actually DO get together? Fun, frivolity, and as a special event, you can watch all the stackers I've ticked off take swings at me. Party! (The stackers will be perfectly safe. Illinois doesn't recognize a PA CCP.)
Big talk, glass jaws. We'll take 'em, Kurt. Ken will help us if we can get him out of his rocking chair. I know, I'll buy him a beer.
I just got over laughing from it. But there was a lull in the joint so they can't blame us for going a little off track.
Intended point taken, but I just checked - the RP is out of Philly, and the quasi normal one is West Point. I can't keep it straight either.
In all sincerity though, I do hope these coins do very well and draw new collectors into numismatics. Moderns are like gateway drugs... One bite and the appetite (so to speak) spreads adding (ideally) additional revenue in a thinly capitalized market.
