Well, Rhodes is an island off Caria but it seems we don't know the city names or specific mints, although the major city may have also been named Rhodes. Or at least this is what I'm finding online. I'd vote to post your Rhodes as a city since it is possible and perhaps likely the city of issue.

Apparently I do have one little Rhodes. It was from the Stacks mixed lot. When going through the large lot, the count was short by one.
