As far as the third coin goes, I believe we need to look in the neighborhood of Laodicea ad Mare. One of their distinctive reverse types was Tyche standing, head turned right, holding rudder in right hand behind, Victory (or sometimes described as two small figures) in left. It's a reverse I've only seen on coins of Laodicea ad Mare, but it may exist elsewhere. Also, I believe I see ΔIK exactly where it should be in the reverse inscription (at 3 o'clock), but when coins are this worn, your eyes can play tricks.
#4 is an interesting one from Olba. The bust is not of an emperor but high priest Ajax as Hermes, according this entry: http://www.cngcoins.com/Coin.aspx?CoinID=171833
