There has been too many of these type of frauds throughout history. Anyone can believe whatever they want, I don't believe this guy for one second about any buried treasure.

 

Unless the old codger rents jeeps, tents, and pack mules, and stands to make $3 mil from hiding a $2 mil treasure.
