Found all of these searching through a few bricks from the bank. I have found a few matches of birthdays from friends and family from time to time. The more notes you have in your collection, the better your odds are of finding a match :)

What constitutes a birthday note? More specifically what year range of the birth year in the serial number is acceptable. Does it have to be between 1800-2100? Or is there other years that are acceptable?

    I don't have Aug 23rd 2008, the 2008 dates I have are 06022008, 10092008, 10182008, 05042008 and 19062008. I have a few Aug 23rd dates as well. I think I have just about every Aug 22nd birthdate.

Have not seen that date yet. Statistically speaking with the current size of my collection, I find a match for 1 in 43 people I know.

Birthday Notes are banknotes where the 8 digit serial number containing someones birthdate in one of 3 primary date formats:
    - The American M/D/Y format for dates is [MM/DD/YYYY], so a serial number of 09301982 would represent the date of September 30th 1982
    - The International D/M/Y format for dates is [DD/MM/YYYY], so a serial number of 2408-1974 would represent the date of August 8th 1974.
    - The ISO standard date format is [YYYYMMDD].

I only keep dates in the past 100 years, it's hard to find many people over that age. I also keep dates in the next 50 years or so. I don't keep older dates, but I have heard that the serial number 07041776 is highly sought after in America for obvious reasons.

The odds of finding your exact Birthday Note on a random $1 bill is 1 in 96,000,000! You're more likely to get struck by lightning and then bit by a shark before that happens. I have made that connection for a dozen people and hope to find more if the collection keeps growing.
