Is that a 1917 Lincoln Cent ??

 

Just post the link to what's being discussed as your pictures are obviously of some type of monitor.

 

Yes, they are of my computer monitor and yes its a 1917

does the 9 appear to be doubled?

 

May I ask if you have tried using the last two photos posted? The first one shows barely actual size, while the second is maybe the size of a Ty I G$1, or at least they are on my screen. The point is that when posting photos and asking for help, a good rule of thumb is that if you cannot see whatever it is that you question, chances are that no one else will either.
