I ordered two the other night, showed my wife the design Thursday night before we went to bed and she actually chimed in on its design. For the record, she's neutral when it comes to stacking silver or me completing my cents collections but this instance she actually wanted me to buy one.

Not exactly, but I will give you 110% for effort. I am not going to press you for a more correct translation or jump to conclusions in terms of you literacy. For interest sake, here is a more correct translation: "Are you always this grumpy or did a fly fell in your drinking water this morning?" :)

I believe many things we do is an advertisement of something. E.g. you have advertised English/British superiority clearly in your initial post to me. So yes, I did post the above information with links to my website, but advertising or money is certainly not my primary motivation. I mean, I haven't received a penny from either Provident Metals nor Aydin Coins to post any of it, which is true for the bulk of the information I get out in public. I see it primarily as a service to the public and is certainly not rolling in the money on account of it. To the contrary, I would not advise anyone to take it up as a career if money is the primary motivator.

I do get word out about new coins at forums now and then, but I try to maintain a balance by contributing in general as well. If that is a sin, then I am guilty as charged. Needless to say, I am by no means perfect, but I am trying.

In any case, I apologize if I've offended you or anyone here. In my defense: I have British, French and German blood running through my vines. ;)

P.S. So what about some spotted dick and pork pies? :p

Spotted dick isn't really that bad, but the name has got to be changed. Sounds more like an STD.

Without googling, what type of craft was the Golden Hind?

I cannot remember the exact type, but I know that Sir Francis was the captain aboard the Gold Hind and that it was not a sloop.
