Well, looking at them closely.. They appear to have the third print shifted too high. Plus the fronts are miss-aligned to backs hence cutting errors on the front. The front of the bottom note has been trimmed off while the back is relatively centered. You can actually see the very edge of the next note at the top of it. The first note is similar but not quite as pronounced. I'm not an error note expert, but if I got these in circulation, I'd hold them aside as well. I'm sure they have at least a small premium.
With the original white background, that was hardly noticeable, but the responses have it priced right.
I'd hang on to the first one. What have got to lose at a dollar as a keeper? It's mis-aligned enough to add as an oddity.
