NGC MS67RD 1963 D Lincoln Memorial Population 3/0

    A modern day circulation issue Lincoln Memorial that is 52 years old with a population at NGC of 3/0 in MS67RD out of approximately 700 examples that they have graded. Population will of course change over the years but not too bad for a modern Lincoln. Thanks as always too @robec for the great photos [​IMG]

    Nice. Did you pick it up in the plastic or did you send it in for grading?

    It was already graded when I added it too my collection

    I can understand that pop report. These were extremely poorly made overall. Even the mint sets had terrible examples in them.

    For this particular issue, even the MS66 RD examples carry a notable premium. The Mint did not seem too concerned with quality during this period at all. That is also true among all of the denominations in the early 1960s in superb gem BU (I think).
