A radar/repeater, in this case, would be 49944994 What you have there is a binary serial. Not a true and pure binary, which would be all zeros and ones, but a binary in the sense of having only two digits in the serial. The rubber stamp ink on your note detracts from its desirability and possible premium.
Binary Note - A note with a serial number that contains only two different numerals in random order, any combination or quantity — Such as 13113313 or 58888858 Radar Note - A note with a "reflected serial number — The first four digits of the serial number are in reversed order of the last four digits. Repeater Note - A note with part of the serial number repeated — In the example : 8136 8136 http://www.panix.com/~clay/currency/glossary.html

actually $23.00....e bay will take 10% ( at least $2 on $20) and paypal takes a small amount. if you sold it for $20 by the time you transferred your money to your account you would only end up with about $17.50. learn from MY mistakes :-(
