This is referred to as a Die Chip, a minor error. As far as a keeper, that's entirely up to you if you like to collect them.
Not Die Chip,the MM looks to be filled but its not the nob broke of the Die or Wore down that would have made the hole in the D,not a Error,very common problem with Die's in the past. Worth Face Value.
