Oh, So I guess when America "tried" to be original calling it "Winged Liberty" they did not do a very good job.
Yes I did! Oh I felt you were being sarcastic! Just wanted to teach the Young Junior collectors if they happen to be reading this thread Such as tommy who thought it was Thor!
All parts of a post comes under the rules, including avatars , titles, signatures, etc. If you didn't read the rules before , here they are https://www.cointalk.com/threads/coin-talk-rules.34131/ The thing to remember is the concept, nothing that couldn't be on 1950 TV. If anyone has a problem with that, it can be solved quickly. Have a nice day Jim
the word in question was the closest thing to a term of endearment my friends and i dared call one another.
Seriously? Now you resort to name-calling? (back to the schoolyard again, shaking my head in wonder) To some people, simple respect and courtesy are common sense. To others, they are uncommon indeed.
For the very first time, I'm now permanently blocking a certain user. Done with this thread. Over and Out.
Not my photo but I thought this was funny. Strange thread, it starts out with a steel penny, then a whole avatar conflict, next mercury dimes, now batman. Not sure how steel pennies turned to batman but I'm not conplaining
Thread hijacking ~ obvious changes from the OP to never-never land is not allowed, as it is very disrespectful to the posters in the thread. Thanks
I said something about changing avatars to cool things down on this thread. You stated that your Winged Head Liberty was fine with you .. excuse me Mercury
My apologies for hijacking nothing bad intended but I see why it needed to be dealt with, sorry to go off topic so greatly. Very rude of me
My apologies also. I did notice that the OP UnCommonCents was responding to the rest of us with no problem. But I will keep what you said in mind.
I agree, I guess that I was not thinking about that much when I was posting. Sorry, Luckily now I know so it is not going to happen again.
